At House of Tys, we want your gift to arrive beautifully and on time. Here's what to expect.
Production Time Most orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. Personalized items are made to order, so production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship throughout Canada and the United States.
Estimated Delivery
- Canada: approximately 5–10 business days after production
- United States: approximately 7–14 business days after production
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Packages Some orders may arrive in more than one package. We fulfill products from multiple locations, so if your order contains different item types, they may ship separately. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
